June 6th, 2019. 3:47 PM. General Malfeasance. 19-Year-Old White Male, 5’9”. After observing the perp on security cameras, the Loss Prevention Officer decides to detain him for suspicious activity. The perp resists the Officer, getting physically and verbally aggressive and causing a disturbance. The Officer successfully detains the perp and conducts a routine cavity search to retrieve possible stolen goods. Perp asks to be informed of his crimes, but the Officer states that his rights have been waived by his criminal activity.
